Tako\u0111er, bilo bi dobro pripremiti se za nadolaze\u0107e dane kada ne\u0107ete osje\u0107ati glad i ne\u0107ete biti voljni pripremati hranu. Iskoristite osje\u0107aj gladi kada se pojavi i trudite se pojesti \u0161to vi\u0161e namirnica bogatih proteinima. To \u0107e odr\u017eati snagu va\u0161eg organizma i pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam oporaviti se od terapije.<\/p><p>Hrana bogata proteinima:<\/p><ul><li>Jaja<\/li><li>Nemasno meso, piletina i riba<\/li><li>Ora\u0161asti plodovi<\/li><li>Mlije\u010dni proizvodi<\/li><\/ul><p>Poku\u0161ajte pojesti barem 3 \u0161alice vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a dnevno. Trudite se jesti \u0161to vi\u0161e povr\u0107a tamno zelene i tamno \u017eute boje te agrume poput naran\u010de i grejpa. Ta hrana sadr\u017ei mnogo zdravih sastojaka, ali vodite brigu da namirnice pa\u017eljivo operete. Va\u017eno je unositi i dovoljno teku\u0107ine kroz dan. Poku\u0161ajte da najve\u0107i udio teku\u0107ine koji unosite bude voda, a dobra alternativa su prirodni sokovi od cije\u0111enog vo\u0107a.<\/p><p>Jedite kada ste gladni. Ako je to ujutro, u\u010dinite doru\u010dak svojim najve\u0107im obrokom. Ako se morate prisiliti da ne\u0161to pojedete, jedite manje obroke vi\u0161e puta na dan. Lak\u0161e \u0107ete podnijeti 5, 6 manjih obroka nego 2 ili 3 ve\u0107a. Neka vam budu pri ruci manji zdravi obroci kao \u0161to su jogurt, juha i \u017eitarice.
